I have dealt with Shaw and Co for approximately fifteen years. Firstly on the Lettings side, where my experience has been excellent for the past ten years or so. A staff change ensured we were looked after as I would hope and expect and Renu has been a diamond. I have recently sold a second rental property through them and it was dogged with problems (not connected to Shaw and Co, legal issues over a lease document). Vic has been the epitome of patience as one abortive sale happened and then a new buyer was found. I think these guys have definitely earned their commission on this one. I am sad to be parting from both the Lettings and the Sales team but I am sure they will continue their excellent hard work to keep future clients happy and informed.
